I. Deworming Schedule:

1. For Mothers (Adult Dogs):

  • Deworm every 6 months, or every 3 months if kept in kennels or high-density environments.

2. For Puppies:

    • Deworm for the first time at 20 days old.
    • Afterward, deworm every month until 6 months old.
    • After 6 months, deworm every 3 months until 1 year.
    • After 1 year, deworm every 6 months.

II. Rabies Vaccination:

  • Administer the first rabies shot at 3 months of age, and then annually thereafter.

III. Dog Vaccination Schedule:

The vaccine manufacturer recommends administering the shots at 6 weeks, which means you can vaccinate on any day within the 6th week. It starts from day 36 to day 42.

It is advisable to administer the first shot on the first day of the 6th week. A common mistake is to vaccinate on the last day of the 6th week (day 42), which inadvertently creates a gap in immunity and allows infectious diseases to attack.

    • Shot 1 (5 diseases): Administer at 36 days for large dogs, 37 days for small dogs.
    • Shot 2 (7 diseases): Administer 21 days after the first shot.
    • Shot 3 (7 diseases): Administer 28 days after the second shot.
  • After that, administer a 7-disease shot every year, up to 5 years. For breeding dogs, vaccinate twice a year, one month before the female dog goes into heat, to ensure stronger immunity in their offspring.

IV. Cat Vaccination Schedule:
The vaccine manufacturer recommends vaccinating at 8 weeks. Here's the vaccination schedule for cats:

    • Shot 1: Administer at 50 days old.
    • Shot 2: Administer 28 days after the first shot.
  • After that, administer one shot annually for up to 5 years. For breeding cats, vaccinate twice a year and try to avoid vaccination during mating periods to ensure stronger immunity in their offspring.
